In the past we have had a rash of people calling us to tell us that they have been charged for long distance phone calls when dialing into Power Web. This is because they are using the incorrect access number for their area or have left the area code in the phone number to be dialed. If you have ATT as your phone company, having the area code listed in the dial up number will prevent you from calling into us since it is a local call.

Check to make sure you are calling into the right number for your area. Power Web will not be responsible for customers dialing the wrong number.
