Whether you have a pony for the grandchildren, trail ride with your friends, like to watch horses go by in a parade, or show at world class shows, DCHA could use your help and ideas. DCHA is involved in many activities within the horse industry. We continue our support of groups and individuals with a firm commitment to our established objectives. The objectives of the Association are: 1. To promote horseback riding and to create interest and encourage people to take part in those activities. 2. To promote better horsemanship and more sportsmanlike conduct. 3. To encourage and conduct exhibitions of horses. 4. To promote better breeding, handling and care of horses. 5. To build and maintain an arena. These objectives were established by a group of people brought together with a common goal- the good of the horse. |
