Injection molded Minnesota Letters offer a sharper edge for more contrast than formed plastic letters' slightly rounded edges. Minnesota Letters are produced using virgin Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (C.A.B.) enhanced with UV modifiers. C.A.B. is derived from cotton and wood fibers, making it stronger and more durable than acrylic.

Each Letter is injection molded at 12,000 psi and 450° F. Gemini cuts each precision mold with CNC wire electric discharge machines to produce the most accurate and consistent letters and numbers available. Guaranteed not to break, Minnesota Letters are stocked in white and black. Standard colors will be painted at no additional cost.
