 Deserts are;

  • ü     a place that receives less than 15 centimeters of rain a year.

  • ü     can be all sand, dry soil, loose gravel, large rocks, or even ice.

  • ü     Most are hot, some are cold

  • ü     All deserts are dry places.

  • ü     Soil does not hold water well
