7/24/1991 Harry Potter 7/24 Tues - Received 1 letter. 7/25- Wed - 1 letter. 7/26 Thurs - 3 letters. 7/27 - Fri - 12 letters. 7/28 - Sat - 24 letters. 7/29 - Sun - 30-40 letters. 7/30 - Mon - 100 letters to hotel in Cokeworth. Went to island with Dursleys. Week leading up to Harry's birthday. [1/33-45]
7/31/1991 Harry Potter Harry's 11th birthday. Rubeus Hagrid arrived on island at midnight, with letter from Hogwarts. Told Harry his story. Went to Leaky Cauldron and met wizards. Went to Diagon Alley and met Draco Malfoy. Got money at Gringotts Bank. Book 1, July, after days of receiving letters, Tuesday [1/45-50]
7/31/1991 Rubeus Hagrid Picked up Harry from Dursleys, took him to Diagon Alley, and picked up Sorceror's Stone from Gringotts. [1/45-50]
7/31/1991 Prof. Quirrell Met Harry Potter at Leaky Cauldron. Broke into Gringotts and tried to steal the Sorceror's Stone. [1/70-71]
8/1/1991 * Lord Voldemort Lived in Prof. Quirrell's body, with his face on the back of Quirrell's head. (Also Bk. 4, pp. 652-7) Starting after Hogwarts break-in [1/291]

Jamestown Timeline

1600 1607          1609             1614
Native Americans are living in an area later called Virginia. 1607 Colonists arrive at James River to start the colony of Jamestown.

 

1609 Many colonists die during a "starving time". Pocahontas marries John Rolfe.
