Set Up Your Spam Filter Step #1 - Log In Click here to get to your log in page. Fill in your email address and password. Click the green Log In button. This will take you to the Message Center page. This is the page that allows you to view and manage your filtered spam messages. You do not have to ever delete these, as they will be automatically deleted after 14 days. This is a good page to see exactly what is being filtered. Step #2 - Setting Filter Categories Click on Junk Email settings. ![]() This will take you to your Junk Email settings page. Here is where you want to make sure the filter is on or off. To have Postini Catch spam it must be set to on. ![]() SPAM FILTERS For each scheme of junk email sent, you can set the level of aggressiveness for that filter. If you find yourself bombared by a certain type of email, you can upgrade the level of filter that is used (Ie: you are getting many Sexually Explicit emails, setting the filter to aggressive should help change that.) When finished setting the levels click on Save Changes. You will return to the main Postini page. ![]() Step #3 - Setting the Senders To have a specific email address blocked or allowed by the filter, you must use this part of postini. Enter the address you wish to block/approve then click on Save to list. to remove an address from Blocked/approved, Highlight the address, then select Delete from list ![]() Congratulations, you are finished!
