E-mail--If your question isn't urgent, we recommend e-mailing our technical support staff . You won't be put on hold and you'll receive a response within 24 hours during the business week. Emails received on holidays and weekends will be responed to on the next business day. Please include your operating system and username when submitting via e-mail.

Online Technical Support--Our technical support staff has compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions based on the problems they encounter most with our customers. Basic server information and setup instruction links are listed below.

Telephone Support--For questions that cannot be answered via e-mail or online technical support, customers may call our Technical Support department at 920-885-7860. Our staff is well known in the Beaver Dam area for its prompt, friendly service and reliable support. Technical support is available Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 6pm, Central Standard Time.
