1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on Tools and select Options.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. Uncheck the box that says Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.
5. Click on Apply and the click Ok.
6. Close out of Outlook Express and the next time you go into Outlook Express, you should be able to open the attachments.
