HOMETOWN JOB CONNECTION PROGRAM

The Hometown Job Connection (HJCP) is a program that was established to have soldiers' resumes sent to their hometown recruiters.
The recruiters keep a copy, and copies are provided to potential employers.
The program accomplishes two things:
One, the recruiters use the resumes as marketing tools when working with high schools, potential enlistees, and parents.
And two, it assists the soldier in developing his/her job network.
-Nothing extra is required from the employer for HJCP.
