Welcome to the International Association of Machinists Local 873 website. IAM Local 873 represents over 1200 IAM union members working at John Deere, Horicon, Wisconsin.

We strive to attain competitive benefits and wages for all our members. We also strive to protect the rights of our members against contractual violations and State and Federal laws.

Local Lodge 873 shall be know as Horicon (Wildlife) Lodge Number 873, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Horicon, Wisconsin.

The regular meetings shall be held on the 1^st Thursday of each month at 12:00 and 3:30 p.m., except when the meeting date falls on a generally recognized holiday or other special event date that would make holding a meeting impractical, in which event a substitute day of meeting shall be set at the preceding meeting.
