Question: When I click on the Internet icon I don't get the dial-up connection box like I used to. I get a box that says a connection is not available and would I like to work off-line. If I click "work off-line" and then click on the mail icon at the top of the page then the dial-up connection box comes up and I can successfully connect to the Internet. How do I get it so that I get the dial-up connection box when I click on the internet icon?
Click on Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab. You
will see a white box in the center. There should only be one thing in
there. It should say "Power Web" or "Connection to 885-7720" or something
like that. Click on that once, click on the "Set Default" button. Now
click on the little dot next to "Always dial me default connection".
