Problems with Spam/Virus Protection

I can't log in:
Make sure you are using your entire email address as the login, for example admin@powerweb.net and then the password you have with us. If you don't remember your password, please send an email to The Administrator and you will receive your password. Please note that we cannot send passwords to hotmail accounts.

That didn't work, I still can't log in:
  • If you are blocking cookies, you won't be able to log in.
  • If you are running a really old browser on an old computer, you need to update the browser to be able to use this feature.
  • If you have your Power Web email forwarded to another account (hotmail, work, yahoo, etc), an account was not created for you. You must specifically request this addition from The Administrator.

Still doesn't work:
Please send an email to The Administrator with any problems and error messages you have seen.

I have gone to the message center, and i still get viruses and spam:
You need to visit the message center to activate it. The default settings are to block very little so that you have time to become familiar with it. You must change the different settings for spam to block spam. Viruses are different. We are currently working to make sure if you have virus protection turned on, you don't receive any viruses.

When I log in, I get a message that I am visiting a secure or unsecure page
This is caused by your browser settings having their security set high. There is nothing wrong with this. The login page is secure to prevent your password from being sent, and then when you log in to look at your mail, the email page is no longer secure. Simply click OK or Yes that it's ok to switch to an unsecure page.
