By checking the last couple of viruses that we have received, we have determined that your computer is sending out viruses. This is probably done without your knowledge as that is how many viruses work.

The two known cures are to follow the procedures listed at one of the sites above, or to reformat your hard drive.
This is probably making your inital sign on really slow, as when you open your email program the virus sends itself out while you are surfing, thereby sucking up your bandwidth and making your connection seem really slow.
It will also make your computer act strangely including frequent disconnects and crashes.
Please take the appropriate steps to rid your hard drive of this virus.
